Calls where people don't tell you who they are at all- just, this is "so and so, call me back at 222-333-3333. I can imagine that some people think they are going to call and leave you a "tough" message, but when they get you in person they chicken out! If you get that program let us know how it works. I would address almost everything in my office prior to checking my vm messages. Email is the best. Another thing that I find to be irritating is people who don't leave a message but expect everyone to have caller id and return the call (although there was no message.) I agree about voicemail.
