		<description>I think part of the reason I dislike Voicemail is because people 
1. talk too fast and are hard to understand.
2. give their life story before giving you their phone number.
3. Calls where people don't tell you who they are at all- just, this is "so and so, call me back at 222-333-3333.

I can imagine that some people think they are going to call and leave you a "tough" message, but when they get you in person they chicken out!  

If you get that program let us know how it works.</description>

		<description>I agree about voicemail. I would address almost everything in my office prior to checking my vm messages.   Email is the best.  

Another thing that I find to be irritating is people who don't leave a message but expect everyone to have caller id and return the call (although there was no message.)</description>
